We offer different licenses to suit your requirements.
When you purchase a font licence from our shop you are agreeing to the terms of our End-user licence agreement (EULA) which clearly describes what can and cannot be done with the fonts.
If you have any queries, do feel free to contact us. We are here to help you out.
A desktop license is the most common license and covers most commercial font usage. The numbers of users depend on the total number of people using the fonts. You can create static images and use them for yourself or your clients for logos, signs, mugs, t-shirts, and even on web and mobile apps. Embedding fonts is not allowed with this license with a few exceptions (such as a PDF documents). Our desktop license is perpetual, which means you pay once and use it forever. Desktop license are always delivered in the formats OTF and TTF formats.
The Webfont license allows you to embed a font in a CSS code so that it can be displayed on any browser. When a user accesses your website, their web browser will automatically download your embedded fonts temporarily for them to use. Within the licensed domain you can equip as many websites as you want with the selected font. The entirety of the equipped websites may use the number of pageviews per month specified in the shopping cart. If this quota is exceeded, you can subsequently extend the license. We do not specifically target our webfonts with a tracking code that controls your pageviews because trust in our customers is part of our corporate philosophy.
Mobile and Application license
The mobile and application license is used to embed fonts in applications, be it in the mobile or in the web area and it is not limited by a specific amount of installation. Free updates of the application do not require a separate license.
The eBook license allows you to embed fonts for electronic publications. eBook licenses are limited by the titles, and one license covers unlimited platforms, sales and free upgrades. A purchased license covers all available platforms and versions in other languages. If you have several issues of a title to publish, such as an ePaper or an eMagazine, please consider the ePaper license.
Web server license
Any website, app, or service that allows users to create anything using an embedded font requires a web server license. These include PDF, T-shirts, graphics, stationery, mobile phone cases and so on.
